It may have been one of the slopier games that the Oregon Ducks played in the 2023 season, but the scoreboard certainly won’t show it.
Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks annihilated the California Golden Bears on Saturday afternoon, winning 63-19 in an ugly game that featured turnovers, defensive touchdowns, blocked kicks, and a whole lot of points.
It was a day full of helpful stats for Bo Nix and his Heisman campaign, and a game that showed how valuable Tez Johnson can be for this team. While the Ducks will leave knowing that they have a lot to clean up going forward, they can at least feel good about the fact that they took care of business and left a chaotic Saturday of college football with a win.
