Palo Alto to buy Israeli co Cider Security for $300m
Palo Alto Networks (Nasdaq: PANW) is set to receive Israeli cybersecurity company Cider Protection, “TechCrunch” reviews. According to its resources the offer will involve $200 million in money and $100 million in shares. The deal will be officially introduced later on currently when Palo Alto Networks experiences its 3rd quarter economical success.

The Tel Aviv-based corporation, which was cofounded by CEO Guy Flechter and CTO Daniel Krivelevich, delivers a highly personalized set of controls and remedies to enhance stability and obtain whole resilience across pipeline from code to deployment.

In accordance to Start-Up Country Central, Cider Security has raised $38 million from buyers which includes Tiger World and Glilot Funds.

Cider Security’s system is built to eliminate the friction between safety teams and engineering groups, and permits AppSec plans to be carried out within just minutes.

Palo Alto Networks declined to remark.
