Standard Training (UK)
- A fully certified course, lasting up to 6 hours for up to 6 people. It can be held on your site or at our Training Centre in Derby – DE21 4AY.
- Successful trainees would then be able to build, use, and inspect the system safely.
- The course is split, into two halves. The first is the practical session, where we instruct and practice building and dismantling systems. We’d need a large open space, approximately 6m or 20-foot square and 4.5m 15 feet high.
- The second half of the course is theory-based, so we’d need a classroom. We play a short training video, so we’d need access to the internet – YouTube, or a DVD player. Trainees need to fully participate in the theory and practical sessions, watch the video, and pass the test to be certified.
- Certified trainees receive a competency card. Certification lasts 2 years.
Train the Trainer (UK)
- The Train the Trainer course is a full-day course (9 am-5 pm) for 2 people. The course covers all the elements of the standard training and then goes into far greater depth to enable the delegates to train their own staff.
- Select two people you feel are competent to be your designated LOBO Trainers and then send them to our corporate office in Derby, UK – DE21 4AY – to ensure complete uninterrupted concentration.
- Both sections are tested, and the pass mark is higher for the TTT course than the standard, as trainees need to be extremely confident and competent, in order to train others safely.
- As with the standard course, trainees need to fully participate in the theory and practical sessions and pass both tests in order to be certified.
- Certified trainees receive a competency card. Certification lasts 2 years.
