Joseph Harding, 35, of Williston been given a 6-depend indictment by a federal grand jury. He is struggling with two counts of wire fraud, two counts of cash laundering, and two counts of creating bogus statements.

Harding allegedly received about $150,000 in money from the SBA which he was not entitled to.

The indictment claims that Harding offered a fraudulent SBA Economic Damage Disaster Loan application and manufactured false representations in his supporting load documentation. It also promises that he created phony financial institution statements for just one of the dormant corporations which was utilised in the supporting documentation.
