Netanya: A 115 sq. meter, 5-space, eighth ground condominium with two 8 sq. meter balconies, an elevator and parking on Habrigada Hayehudit Street in the Galei Yam community was sold for NIS 2.35 million (RE/MAX – Kahol Lavan). A 104 sq. meter, four-place, 3rd floor apartment on Smilansky Avenue in the city center was marketed for NIS 1.77 million (RE/MAX – Ocean).

Herzliya Pituah: A 107 square meter, 4-room, seventh flooring apartment with an elevator and parking on Gluska Street was marketed for NIS 2.45 million. A 98 square meter, four-space, 3rd ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Shabazi Road was sold for NIS 2.6 million. A 125 sq. meter, 4.5-room, fourth ground apartment with a 33 square meter balcony, elevator and parking on Ben Gurion Street was sold for NIS 2.82 million (RE/MAX – Trend).

Modi’in-Maccabim-Reut: A 230 square meter, 6.5-area a short while ago renovated house in a 420 sq. meter good deal together with parking on Savionim Avenue was bought for NIS 9.3 million (Keller Williams).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 60 square meter, a few-room, seventh floor condominium with parking on Alexander Yanai Road in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 840,000. A 63 sq. meter, a few-area, 2nd ground apartment on Yosef Klausner Road in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 795,000. A 80 square meter, three-room, ground floor condominium on Sanhedrin Avenue in the Daled community was offered for NIS 710,000. A 95 square meter, 4-home, sixth ground apartment with a 6 square meter balcony, elevator and parking on Masada Street in the Vav neighborhood was bought for NIS 870,000. A 75 square meter, a few-space, 3rd flooring condominium on Shlomzion Road in the Vav community was bought for NIS 750,000 (RE/MAX – As well as).

Dimona: A 74 square meter, 3.5-home, next floor condominium in Merhavim was marketed for NIS 485,000. A 180 sq. meter, 6-place home, on Sahlavan Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.8 million. A 100 sq. meter, 4-room backyard garden apartment with a 200 sq. meter yard in Tel Givon was marketed for NIS 1.45 million. A 80 sq. meter, four-place 1st floor apartment with a balcony but no parking on Tayelet Hasport was sold for NIS 740,000. A 34 square meter, two-place, third floor condominium with no parking on Baba Sali Road was marketed for NIS 372,000 (Keller Williams Dimona).
